Our Rapid Access Clinic strives to deliver specialist care in a timely manner.

Dr. Somogyi requires referrals to see patients. Please fax your referral to (416) 519-7364. We can offer next business day appointments for eligible referrals.

We accept referrals for patients with validate OHIP coverage or an active IFH registration.

Please include a cumulative patient profile (current medications, drug allergies, medical history) with your referral where possible.

Please attach all relevant x-ray, ultrasound, MR, or other studies to your referral. We can order imaging for patients as needed.

What referrals do we see?

Dr. Somogyi is available for acute to subacute MSK issues such as joint pain (shoulder, knee, elbow, ankle, etc), sports injuries, and can facilitate corticosteroid or hyaluronic acid injections as well.
